Nike Fuelband

So I have been using the Nike Fuelband for a few weeks now. I like it overall, but I think it over calculates Calories burned. I am not quite sure how to incorporate the calories into my daily food/excersize journal because I dont want to oversell myself on calories earned. Anyone else use the fuelband and have any thoughts or suggestions on how they utilize the calorie feature with MFP?
