Hello community!
This is my first post on my journey. The last day of old-me was Sunday, making this Day 4 of new-me. To be honest I have been very optimistic as the first 5 pounds "melted off" with little effort and simple calorie counting. However, optimism aside, I am painfully aware that this is just the transition from "nothing to something" and wanted my first question to be related to the upcoming difficulties:
In your experience, what has been the best technique to tackle plateaus?
I look forward to powering on with you guys.
Cheers!
