If you lack motivation for exercise and keeping track on here is not quite enough, try out feelfit.com. It is a fantastic site, the idea is that you answer a few questions about yourself, and they give you a points target to work towards. You get awarded points for exercise you do. But not every exercise is worth the same amount of points.
It has a community as well that is really helpful and supportive, it awards you credits for getting involved in the community, which can then be spent in the workout store, in workouts.
I would really recommend it if you lack motivation! Great thing is, it is free to use!

I had joined that site before this. I got bored of it though, it's not really as helpful as MFP or other sites that I've been on, nutrition-wise. Bu I agree with the exercise thing. That really does help motivate one0

I do agree in some ways, although they have had a re-vamp so might be worth checking out again, as they have added loads more workouts for you to try.0
