A good website if your not knowing how this can work

I have been looking for recipes that sacrifice fat and a lot of carbs but not TASTE. I found sparkrecipes.com if any of you are interested in taking a look. I've tried a tofu shirataki recipe so far which is very good and a good transition from high carb pasta which can add on pounds. Tonight I am trying the asian lettuce wraps omitting the ground turkey for haddock and any oils with spray. I bought low sodium soy and teriyaki sauce also.
I was thin once and since putting on 55 extra pounds its hard going back to eating sensibly, but if you look around a little you can come up with good stuff to eat and still lose.
