WORLDS BEST!!
take 2 gelatin blades and soak in cold water for 5 minutes.
warm up 200DL fat free milk.
pour off the water from the gelatin. put gelatin in the milk and bring to boil, to dissolve the blades.
let milk cool to room temp.
blend in 2 scoop chocolate casein of weigh powder (or whatever flavor you like) into the milk. then (with a blender/beaters/stand hand tool), add: 1 banana, 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 500 gram fat free quark. pour into cups (if you want) and let chill for 2 hours or overnight.
ITS SO AWESOME! really helps if you have a sweet tooth and looking to get in all your protein takes less than 10 minutes to make.

if you are bulking, you can replace with cream (the REAL way to make pannacotta) skip the quark, and add 1 more gelatin blade.0
