I just thought I would post this article. I lost the majority of my 50 lbs on my bike. At first it was just a little hobby and now it is a great love in my life. For those that have issues with high impact exercises (like myself), cycling is a wonderful alternative and it is so rewarding. It's also a lot of fun!
