Resistance Training (This Website)

It really bothers me that you aren't even low balled calories spent for resistance training. I realize that there are too many variables to consider (sets, reps, rest time, muscle composition, range of motion, etc...), but don't you think there should at least be some sort of estimation? :indifferent:
