After strong lifts.

Hey guys I have been doing strong lifts 5x5 for a few months now and am in the heavier weights now. I just don't feel like its enough. I think I should be doing more. I know this is just a beginner program so when did you move to a more advanced training session. Any help on where I should be going from here would be really appreciated.

Are you no longer able to add weight every workout after proper deloads?

Do you care more about strength or size?

I've never done SS, but I was wondering, are you still making progress?

If it's working, changing seems a bit silly.
Don't change because you think you're not a beginner any more, or because you've hit a set time period, change because that's what is need to make progress.

I just don't think I'm working all my muscle groups. Or atleast I'm not feeling it . Form is my top priority on every rep. I am getting to the point where I am doing sets I can't complete and sometimes even have to drop weight or Deload for a little while. Maybe I just need to pay more attention to what it is working. I am making progress on it and its slower. My goals are weight loss and strength I don't care much about size.

I've got to www.bodybuilding.com and they have a a lot of options for workouts based upon age, whether you want to lose fat/build muscle, etc., so it may be worth it to check it out. I've done the Kris Gethin Cut the Fat program before and am currently on it again. Good compound movements and I feel tired but not exhausted after a workout.
