I recently separated... since then I've lost..

165 pounds of his weight
10 pounds of my own

I've found...
muscles
a love for boxing
independence

look what my divorce did to me!

    I seperated from my parter 18 months ago and lost 35lbs, and 7" off my waist. Back to how I was when I first met her! It goes to show it's not just about "diet", it's about a lifestyle and mindset change. You gotta be happy in your mind as well as your body.
