diet change!

Ive nearly finished to lose the weight,i did calculate my goals on a healthy BMI,but dont think i need to loose all of these 6 kgs! i need now to find out how to calculate my new diet,calories/proteins intake etc ,to gain some muscles and keep the fat away!
can anyone help with simple words please?
