Raw fruits and vegetables make me feel horrible

Every time I eat raw fruit and raw veggies, I feel HORRIBLE. I get extremely gassy and bloated. Any thoughts as to why this happens?
If you simply direct yourself to remaining strictly within the anti-flatulence vegetables and fruits eating plan [ideally in the form of a smoothie for easier digestion], you'll be en route to a more comfortable you.
It is also important that you not rush through your eating - eat slowly and chew each morsel of raw fruit/vegetable [with an increased volume of hydration to help "maintain" your body throughout your day] and to prevent your small intestines from having to overwork themselves, creating enough of a toxic situation.0
