Introducing myself

I've been lurking here for quite awhile and have decided it's time to say hello. I'm 36, married with 2 boys. My husband recently lost 60 pounds on his own with diet and exercise. I have lost 20 over the last 2 years or so but need help with the last 20-30. I've been exercising regularly and just not losing weight. Now that I've started really logging my calories I know why. I was eating too much! lol Anyway, logging has gotten me to lose 5 relatively easily you all have been inspirational to me without even knowing it so thank you!
I'm 5'5", currently at 166.4 pounds. MFP has me shooting for 1310 cal's so depending on whether or not i work out i eat around that or more when I need to eat exercise cal's back. Does that sound about right?? I dont' have any 'friends' on here. Not sure what having "friends" does for you?
