How to track a workout

I started a workout routine today but I'm not sure how to track it under exercise. Any suggestions? This is the routine:

20 REVERSE CRUNCHES
20 SITUPS
20 DIVERS
20 LEG LIFTS
40 CRUNCHES SLOW
40 SECONDS OF SCISSORS
40 SECONDS OF RUSSIAN TWISTS
40 LEG PULLS
20 PUSHUPS REGULAR
20 SHOULDER PRESSES
20 TRICEP DIPS
20 PUSHUPS INVERTED
40 BICEP CURLS
40 TRICEP CURLS
40 SHOULDER PRESSES
40 TRICEP DIPS
60 SITUPS
60 LEG LIFTS
60 SIDE TO SIDE LEG LIFTS
60 SECONDS SLOW BICYCLES
60 SECONDS RUSSIAN TWIST
REPEAT 3x's WITH 5 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS

    You could track it under strength training - 3 sets of each. Or if you want the calorie burn to count, you can track it under cardio as "circuit training" and the length of time and it will estimate your calories burned. If you have a heart rate monitor that you wear during exericising, you can also create a new exercise and manually enter your calorie burn (which is what I usually do). :)

    I post these types of workouts as calisthenics. Vigorous of moderate effort.
