Who plays hockey?

Anyone play hockey? Ball hockey? Ice Hockey? I love them both! Trying to figure out how many calories I burn during a game though.

On a side note, played a game of ball hockey with a group of 15 yesterday and must of blocked 10 shots with the same leg, no pads...lovin it!

I loooooove how most people only think Canadians play hockey though, most of the NHLs teams are in the US...Europe is huge for hockey

I think im going to look at getting one this week, any suggestions? Playing hockey twice a week definitely helps me with my cardio but drives me nuts that I don't know what im burning

I play, but when I log I always reduce the amount of time by half because there is no way i'm burning almost 500 calories in an hour. You also have to factor in that you are sitting on the bench half the time.

But yes hockey is awesome
