    I like to sit there quietly with a smile on my face and hand under my towel while looking around the steamy room. Makes people around me feel very uncomfortable :)

    Sauna (n): a place were old people go to get it on for casual sex. Since its over 100 degrees its the only place they can disrobe and not feel cold.

    If your under 55, stay out of the sauna

    The sauna and steam room at the gym I use is used by all age ranges and both sexes.

    I can't see the problem with having co-ed saunas at gyms, you just make them clothed areas, they are not cheap to install so why have 2 in one gym?

    It is always old men and women, sucks!
    At my gym, the sauna is only accessible through the men's locker room.

    Yet women pay the same monthly fee. Go figure.

    Not that I would be likely to use it, but I would march my *kitten* right thru the men's locker room as a matter of principle. Every. Single. Time. I went to the gym.

    Or find a new gym. that's stupid.

    Well your dumb a$s would find a new gym before long after they kicked you out.
