Just wondering how many people saw inches come off before weight came off. I've been seeing a decrease in inches (which is great), but no weight yet.

You just keep on with what you're doing! It's so much more important to lose the inches than the pounds anyway, and great for appearance and for your clothes! I'm happy to report that I'm losing more inches than pounds. This is especially good for me because I'm pregnant, though.0

It's not uncommon, especially with someone that has little to lose or those who just started a workout routine. They generally have a lot of water retention. Generally, you should see weight loss within 4-6. Just make sure you aren't over extending your goals and fuel your body. With 20 lbs to lose, you should be aiming to lose 1/2 - 1 lb per week max. And eating back at least 50% of your exercise calories. Where you can see great body recomposition changes is when you start heavy weight training and some cardio with it.0 -
My body does this weird thing where I either lose inches or lose weight, but never both at the same time. It's like once the pounds come off, my body suddenly feels it needs to catch up in the inches department. I did notice when I first started way back when that my pants fit better almost immediatly, but I think that had more to do with loosing bloat and water than actual inches.0
