Stop the Sugar Cravings!!

I can eat healthy stuff. I don't mind veggies. I get my butt to the gym at least 5 times a week but.........how in the world do you deal with these sugar cravings?

I personally was never one to go to overboard on sugary stuff. But since eliminating a lot of processed food/sugary stuff from my diet, I get these crazy craving.

It will be after dinner and I get the itch for sugar. :frown:

Anyone have any good tips?

    Drinking water or hot tea has helped me get past these awful cravings.

    Brush and floss your teeth after dinner
    Drink lots of water
    Partake in an activity
    Find a go to substitute that is lower in carb like a pickle and turkey. Or sugar free jello.
    Give it time. It does get easier after a week or two.
