Running + Hot Yoga

Any thoughts on doing both in one day? I don't sprint... mild jog so I wanted to see if it was a bad/good idea to do both in one day. Bikram Yoga is supposed to burn 900-1200 calories per session and I plan on running for 30-45 minutes.

It's fine to do both in the same day. I believe the calorie burn in Bikram is overestimated.0

@yoginimary Thank you! I definitely agree. Hence me wanting to add some actual cardio to my day--- thanks!0

Run first, then do Bikram. I made the mistake of doing yoga first. I was way too dehydrated to run.0

It sounds fine to me. Take your body where it wants to go. Drink lots of water, you'll be fine. Challenge it. GO FOR IT!0
