    6 oz canned crabmeat, drained
    1 tsp mustard
    1 egg white
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp minced onion
    1/8 cup dried bread crumbs


    Methods/steps

    Combine all ingredients until well blended. Coat non-stick fry pan with cooking spray. Shape into 2 crab cakes and cook over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.

    Options
    You don't even need the breadcrumbs if you don't want to add them, the onion (I also add chopped celery to mine) and egg white will hold it together.

    I also do this with canned tuna!
