I started an arm (with weights) and leg workout today and I'm not sure how to log it so it shows calories burned. Any ideas on how to do that? Thanks!

Just lifting weights? I usually log that as Strength Training.
If you're not resting for a long time (more than 1 minute) between sets or lifting really heavy, you could log it as circuit training.0 -
I found these workouts that are supposed to help tone your arms and legs in 7 days. Lifting light weights and doing lunges, plies and such. Just trying to find a way to start toning as I loose. But I'd like to be able to track it in some way. I really wish I had a hrm so I had a more accurate number of calories burned. But until then an estimate will have to do.0
