Olive Oil

Hi all, every day I am always under my calorie intake but always high on my fat and protien intakes. I primarily use olive oil and minimal canola oil. Is this a bad thing?

    It all depends on your health/fitness goals as to if it is good or bad. However, why have goals if you aren't going to meet them?

    MFP sets protein goals too low. So, your protein is fine.

    Fats are NOT bad. Fats regulate your hormones, insulate your nervous system (you die without that), and help absorb HALF the vitamins your body needs.
