Diablo Dip

Ingredients

16Serves - 16 (1 Tbsp. each)
Pts. - 1

16 ounces salsa
16 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened

Methods/steps

Combine salsa and cream cheese; stir well to blend thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with fresh veggies such as carrot sticks and celery.

Nutrition Information per serving (1 Tbsp.):
35 Calories; trace Fat (11.4% calories from fat); 4g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 2mg Cholesterol; 278mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Lean Meat; 1/2 Vegetable; 0 Other Carbohydrates.

    Thanks! So simple, yet I never would have thought of it on my own. I've been looking for something new to dip veggies in and this ought to do the trick.

    Sounds good. I am sitting here eatling my plain vegetables right now, thinking some ot this dip would make a great difference!

    That dip is amazing in a layer dip.. with beans, salsa and low fat cheese! =)
