Logging salads

Hi,
I have been struggling to accurately log my salads. Today, for example, I ate a salad that I bought from the cafeteria at work. It had a lot of mixed greens, assorted vegetables, pine nuts, salt/pepper and a sun-dried tomato dressing. I know how much the salad weighed in all based on how much I paid. But how do I correctly log this salad so that my sugar/carbs etc are reflected properly?

Thanks!

Break it down and do estimates.

Such a salad is NOT significant calories, sugars, or carbs. So you do not need to be as accurate.

The pine nuts and dressing (and any starchy vegetables) are the only sources of high calories, so I'd track them as closely as possible. The rest can be estimates.

I was going to say the exact same thing!
