Logging salads

Hi,
I have been struggling to accurately log my salads. Today, for example, I ate a salad that I bought from the cafeteria at work. It had a lot of mixed greens, assorted vegetables, pine nuts, salt/pepper and a sun-dried tomato dressing. I know how much the salad weighed in all based on how much I paid. But how do I correctly log this salad so that my sugar/carbs etc are reflected properly?
Thanks!

Break it down and do estimates.
Such a salad is NOT significant calories, sugars, or carbs. So you do not need to be as accurate.0 -
The pine nuts and dressing (and any starchy vegetables) are the only sources of high calories, so I'd track them as closely as possible. The rest can be estimates.0

I was going to say the exact same thing!0
