Ibuprofen, warm bath, stretching and keep doing it until you gain some muscle so it doesn't hurt anymore.

Foam rolling and icy hot also help.

hmmm, i get that sometimes and for me it could be that i over worked that part of the body too much that week. also stretching is also key. do light stretching before a work out then stretch after it, especially the parts you worked hard on. foam rollers are amazing. i recently purchased one at home and i foam roll before i go to bed. recovery time is a lot faster and it feels good once you do it regularly. also your nutrition can put a play into it. what do you do pre-workout and post workout in terms of eating? i usually take a protein shake and a 15 grain bread with peanut butter about a 30-45 minutes before workout then i drink a shake right after a workout. those are the times when your muscles need the protein and vitamins to recover. eating a banana is also good too. i never have time for a salt bath, which i would love to try. one time when my legs were tender and hurt to the touch, i had my brother give me a massage and i felt great after it. he's a masseuse. foam roller acts similar as you had one. make sure you have a day rest also, if you go say 6 straight days without a rest, then that could be it. go on a 3-1-2-1 schedule. 3 days working out, 1 day rest, 2 days working out, 1 day rest. that's my routine right now.
