Hi
A question for the nutritionists out there about food group ratios.
On the phone app [I can't see how to view this on the web] under Weekly food summary you can look at a pie chart of your food group ratios.
I can see straight away that I have a problem!
I am:
Carbs: 59%
Fat: 28%
Protein: 13%
While I am not concerned on the fat intake, I can see that carbs are far too high and protein is far to low.
I do a fair about of exercise as I am training for a half marathon, so some carbs are good, but equally I need to get my protein up!
My question is: what is the idea ratio of carbs/fats/protein?
