    It's working for me!! I didn't have a huge amount to lose (about 20-25 lbs), but I had resigned myself to just being stuck at that elevated weight. But this REALLY works for me, and it is real-life. Something I'll be able to continue, I think. I'm almost 13 lbs down, with 12 to go!! Good luck.

    That's awsome... I have about 40-50lbs to loose according to the chart. I would be happy loosing about 20-30 lbs though.
