Tennis elbow - will 30ds make it worse?

Hi, tendonitis in my left elbow has been slowly (too slow for me) improving by degrees for weeks, will I make it worse by restarting 30 day shred, especially the push ups and weighted arm exercises?

You should check with your doctor. My tendinitis in my shoulder has improved with the increased strength. But mine had not been flaring up when I started. Based on my experience off and on through the years with my shoulder, you should probably continue to favor it until it is healed. 30 DS is strenuous and high impact on all joints.0
