Just curious what I can do to fix this issue. No matter what I do makeup always ends up smeared under my eyes even with waterproof ... What can I do to fix it ?

What makeup are you using? And are you using a primer? You may need to invest in a higher quality makeup.

Same but it's because I have very high cheekbones and when I smile well it smudges. Had this problem all my life with cheap and with very expensive make up.

    Urban Decay eye shadow primer.

    This.

I swear by Urban Decay, anything. But their primer is what turned me on to them in the first place. My eyes are sorta deep set so I end up smudgey if I wear anything but their products.

This used to always happen to me too...no matter waterproof/sweatproof, liquid, gel, pencil, kohl etc. I have tried dollar store make-up, and the liners that are $35 for something shorter than my middle finger.

BUT...what does work for me, is after I line, I lightly dampen a QTip and make a little point out of it, and then I dip that lightly into either loose powder, or a fun coloured eyeshadow, and BLOT it over the eyeliner. VOILA. Stays put beautifully!

I bought a primer, it was $40 and a few years old now so it's lasted a long time....I forget what brand but I got it at a department store makeup counter....I also just recently bought a white out make up pencil to get rid of the black smudges that run under by eyes after a long day.....

I've heard great things about their primer too!

    Urban Decay eye shadow primer.

I swear by it, and I got it for $8.97 at the Rack.
