Chalean Extreme or Body Revolution

I'm coming to the end of ripped in 30 at the end of january and looking for my next workout programme. I've got both body revolution and chalean extreme. I've done BR in the past and I know it works but I don't want my body to get used to one workout programme, which is why I bought Chalean Extreme...but after reading a few messages on here people don't seem to get great results from it.

I'd love to give insanity or turbo fire a try but at 290lbs my cardio fitness isn't great and those are probably too hardcore for me right now. Just looking for advice or maybe another 30/60/90 day workout programme I can look into, ideally to lose weight rather then bulk up etc.

  • Hi! Have you looked into Turbo Jam? It's more of a beginners Turbo program. That is the program I started with, and I loved it! Although both Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire have low intensity examples in every workout...

    I am starting a Fitness Challenge Group on February 4th if you were interested. It will be Turbo Jam/Turbo Fire related, but might end up as a potpourri of programs. Let me know if you are interested...I have sent you guys friend requests.

    I have but its not something I can get hold of at the minute. I tried one of the turbo fire workouts and within like 10 minutes I was exhausted and just couldnt keep up with the moves.

    But I've just found a calendar for combining chalean extreme and turbo fire so I think I'll give that a go and hopefully I can build up to the more intense cardio workouts.
