Stressed and eating more.

I'm under a ton of stress. I have 2 more weeks till we close on our house and its been a pain in you know what so far. So I see myself eating more and feeling more hungry. Dose anyone know how I can control myself when I stress so I don't keep on eating?

    try yoga or meditation...both will keep you busy, but more importantly, they'll help you relax!
