That's my magic number. The scale at the house weighs me +/- 20 pounds, and after having a physical today there's no more guestimating.
I've lost 22 pounds since I was last at the doctor's office during the summer. She was mighty impressed and I told her I've done it via this site.
I really don't intend to lose any more, I just want to maintain.
The accountability factor really worked for me.
This is Day #78 for me, and while I've posted just a couple of times, I've never introduced myself.
I am 51, with two young adults and a junkfood junkie of a husband in the house, and am amazed that I've been able, because of accountability, to keep away from all the miscellaneous snacks around and eat healthy. Walking is my primary form of exercise and since the first of the year I've managed to walk every day. My goal is a mile every day this year... we'll see. (That was my attitude when I began this journey.. we'll see... and I'm still DOING IT.)
