I'm new!

Hi,
My first kid came home 7 years ago, and it's been a steady increase in weight and a steady decrease in fitness and energy. Now with 2 kids (ages 7 and almost 4), I am tired of being tired and not feeling good and sleeping good and not feeling good about myself. I only have 40 pounds to lose (still seems daunting to me), but I can't believe how much that weight has lowered my energy and made such a tremendous negative difference in my life
I am so ready to make a positive change! I'm excited to read all about the TDEE, BMI, and cycling! Today I even went for a jog AND did yoga! Hmmmmm... I hope I can keep this up!
I can only be on here occasionally, because of the two young kids (note that my husband sometimes makes that 3 kids), but I still hope to meet some of you!
