Was today a good day?

I just started my diet because I decided I needed to lose 10-15 pounds before swim suit season! ( so around April?)

Can someone look at my diary and tell me if I did it correctly and if my goal is reasonable?

Your diary is private so unless you open it up we wouldn't know.

Looks good but I would actually suggest eating some of those exercise calories back!

For the most part, you are making decent choices.

However, you are too far under you goal.

I recommend lots more veggies and either a healthy dip for your raw veggies or some cheese or nuts.

Agree with the above posters. Don't eat under 1200 calories, it'll work against you. Otherwise, your day looks pretty darn good.

Nope...not a good day...you're not eating enough. I would imagine that your are netting well below your BMR which will eventually cause you more problems than you can possibly imagine. If you've set profile per MFP then you should be eating back those exercise calories provided they are an accurate burn as the caloric deficit should be built into your goal. At minimum, you need to NET to your BMR for healthy weight loss. Your BMR is what your body needs for proper organ function if you were in a coma. Figure out what your BMR is and your TDEE and net to 20% of your TDEE and minimally net to your BMR. Here's a good calculator.

You can A.) set yourself as sedentary and eat back exercise calories or B.) include exercise in your estimated level of activity and not log or eat back those calories. The MFP default does not include exercise and would be option A provided you're being honest with the system. When you add exercise calories, you will notice that MFP will up your goal...that is because they expect you to eat those back to get the appropriate NET calories. You might have to play with your numbers a bit.
