Lost quite a bit of weight. Got a long ways to go though.
Picture on the left was taken about 5 years ago and if I remember correctly I was about 250 pounds. During that 5 years I ballooned up to 300 pounds.
The one on the right was taken yesterday after a haircut. I don't know my actual weight, just been going with 223 because that's what I weighed 2 months ago. My goal is 200, but I'm starting to think I can get skinnier. Progress has been made.
