How to stay on track while on holiday?

Hi All,
I have been on MFP for 11 days now and I am doing really well. However I am going away on holiday tomorrow and I am a little scared about how I am going to stay on track. We will mainly be eating out at resturants for a week and I wont have my beloved crosstrainer with me.
Any ideas on how to stay on track while I am away?

    Keep tracking.
Go for an hour walk every day
    Drink lots of water
Maybe eat maintain calories for a week - if you come home the same weight that will be better than gaining :)

have a nice time - this is life remember, we all have holidays and should enjoy them too!
  • All great ideas, thanks!
I will definately be trying my hardest to do all of them. I dont really mind if I dont lose any weight this week but I just dont want to gain any.
Im off in a couple of hours, so I will chat with you next week and tell you how I went.

My instructor for this boot camp class I attend recommended to us to do 25 burpees a day while on vacation to keep from gaining weight. No need for any special equipment and you can usually do them in your hotel room, depending on space. Have a nice vacation!
