Help with daily nutrition goals

At what percentages should I have my carbs, fat and protein at? I had them set before but I accidentally changed them and can't remember my settings.

    Its really a personal choice. What works for me is 40% carbs, 35% protein, 25% fats. I personally don't think MFP sets it up with enough protein so I changed mine.
