Carb question

I'm trying to maintain my weight. I feel as if my carbs make up a big percentage of my intakes. I have around 190g of carbs a day a bunch of whole grains and fruits. Is that alot??? I have between 40 and 50g of fats. And average 90g of protein. Can anyone tell me my macros and if 190 to 220g of carbs a day is too much? Thanks!!

The FDA recommends 55% of calories go to carbs, 30% to fat, and 15% to protein, which is what MFP has set as standard. Assuming you are using the default settings in your log, so long as you don't go over your target for carbs regularly, you are fine.
The people on here who are building muscle (not just increase strength and tone, but actually build) will generally eat double the protein to 30% and reduce carbs to 40%.0 -
that helps! I see alot of people on here eat around 80 to 150 so I was worried I was eating to many carbs. Thanks!0
