    I am looking to lose a few pounds and get in shape by summer. I am very busy with my kids not much time for myself. Looking for quick exercises with great benefits!

    Welcome! I'm also a mother and I have learned the hard way that you need to make time for yourself. At least an hour a day. Log your food and drink your water. Get creative with exercise. Jog in place, walk around block, get some exercise tapes. Good luck!
