I'm confused about calories

    TDEE minus 7300 a week. You can creat this deficit through diet, exercise, or a combination. It would be easiest to eat a deficit of about 800 calories a day and then burn off about 200 through exercise, but you can do it however you'd like.

    I have no idea.. but I net an average of 800-1200 a day.. and I'm losing weight and gaining muscle. I don't understand that TDEE thing at all.. and since I can barely eat 1200 calories.. i'm quite happy with myself.

    When I joined they told me 1200 when I lost 5 lbs they jumped 200 more cal an since then I feel like I'm. Not losing I don't understand that teedee ??? Thing at all

    If you were losing at 1200, go back to that.
