Head Aches after running??

For a while now I have been having very bad head aches after running and I drink water all day so I don't know what it is...???

    Not sure why but taking Vitamin B6 seems to help me some with headaches. I am on prescription strength meds though also for headaches cuz I have Neuritis and get Shock like headaches sometimes.

    Every.time.I.run. It's so frustrating. I thought it was dehydration as well but it's not. I am thinking mine is because I am not a relaxed runner. I tend to tense my neck and shoulders horribly in everything I do. I have found that heating my traps and massage is key. Luckily, my husband is very nice.
