    from the thread title, I thought you were a teen female with an affinity for razor blades and you were "cutting for Bieber" and looking for support.

    Aim for losing 1lb/week under MFP goals. Make sure your under 25% fat for total intake on your macro. 1g Protein per 1lb Weight. Goto the Gym 6 times a week and do HIIT. Eat 6 times a day and spread your protein out between every 2-3 hours. Eat back your Cardio calories

    Now do it.
