Help! I'm snacking way too much during the day.......................Any ideas??

Snacking is not a bad thing if they are healthy foods within your calorie goal.0

Well, there are two things. First, if you're eating them within your calorie goal, then it's not a problem. If the calories are going over, you have three choices, change the snacks, change your meals, or stop snacking so much. If you want to change your snacks, make them either with fewer calories (like veggies), and/or make them higher in protein and fiber. These types of snacks tend to fill you up more and may help you snack less. Another option would be to cut some calories from meals to free up more for snacks. Lastly, simply don't snack as much. I know this isn't that easy, but try exercising, drinking water, talking on the phone, change up your routine if the snacking is a habit. Sit on your hands if you have to.
