I'm doing 30 mins. of cardio 5 days a week, for now, until my body gets a little bit in shape and then I'll bump it up. I'm also eating much healthier: almost everything organic and my diet consists mostly of salads, veggies, fruits and meats (not that much anyway). Anything else, I consume in extremely low portions, like whole wheat pasta or cereal, and I cut out rice, bread and other types of flours, grains and sweets.
