1% workout

Last week I started doing what I found to be called the Arnold 1% workout. I was a bit skeptical about body weight exercises, as I have always assumed you needed a gym to build muscle (I know, not true). I gotta say, dang, I've been fairly sore this past week. My only concern about it is what seems to be a lack of shoulder and back workout. Is there something else I should incorporate? For those not familiar the workout consists of 1) body weight squats. 2) push ups. 3) plank. 4) jumping jacks. 5) reverse lunges. 6) hip raises. Thanks in advance for advice!

If you want to use your shoulders a bit, try incline pushups (feet raised). If you have a fit ball you can do back extensions over it too. Sounds like a decent full body workout.

I just did 3 back bridges. Should I be trying to hold for time or doing reps? Or both?
