To those of you who like to read studies published in reputable Medical Journals, what are your thoughts on the following? This study along with a few more studies about resveratrol are what caused me to start drinking red wine in moderation a few months ago (I had never been a drinker outside of social situations, and rarely drank wine at all):

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resveratrol
Feel free to add me if you enjoy running, lifting or eating healthy!

If you enjoy red wine, that would lower cortisol enough to make it worth it. I enjoy red wine and don't worry about the minutia.0
