Advice for slimming down inner thighs?

Hello!

Besides general weight loss and running, how can I tone up my inner thighs?
I've read that pilates/yoga and some strengthening exercises help - has anyone had a lot of success with any specific activity or exercise?

  • My pilates focuses on abes, butt, inner and outter thighs!! Try looking up pilate moves on youtube.

    Plie squats. This is to help exercise the inner thighs, but calorie deficit is what slims them down.

    If you want to slim them, continue losing body fat. To get good definition that will show when you do, squats and lunges.

    Ditto the plies and pilates, as well as continuing to lose fat. Pilates is on my agenda tomorrow, i forgot about plies, i will add them in.

    Yup yup. Since I've started weightlifting and eating at a deficit my thighs are slimming down and getting some very nice definition.
