Hi Everyone ,
My name is Diane and I have a 150 # to lose. I have been using this site for three days now and I really enjoy it. I think it makes me accountable, and shows me where my struggles are. I also find it like a game I have to stay below the calories. I am also surprised that I am eating more times a day but not eating as many calories because I am trying to stay in the line of 500 or less calories a meal, less for lunch and breakfast. . I need some help with breakfast ideas so I don't get bored of the same food. I am not telling myself that I cant have anything , I can have whatever I want as long as it does not go over my calories limit for the day . Making choices and seeing how my choices added up over weeks and months has to show me a pattern to work with . So here's to all of us wanting to get healthier
