Knee Surgeries and Running

Hi everyone, I'm 22 and 6'3" looking to lose about another 10-15lbs. I've had three knee surgeries, all before turning 20 years old because of playing volleyball. The major ones were a left and right ACL replacement. The first recovery was good...not too much pain afterwards and I have full range of motion now after a few years. I've been getting back into a lot of running but am worried about over doing it. As some you know, you have bad days after the surgery. My bad days come with the weather changes. ANYWAYS... Anyone else have the same curiosity or have dealt with ACL replacements? I'd like to hear how you may reduce the pain during/after running or any tips for getting the muscle back in my more recent knee. Please add me as a friend if you'd like... My diary is open
