Its a new year and I hav deitcided that it is time to really work on me and get healthy. I have 100+ pounds to lose and have taken the first steps. Started with trainer this week and am changing my eating habits as well. Have to admit that I am a little nervous as I have never seriously tried to do this....anyone have some pointers for a beginer?
