Reality Check

hi folks...looong story short, this ain't my first time at this rodeo LOL! i achieved half of my weight watchers lifetime pin over 15 years ago and after lots of ups and down, i am re-committed to doing what i did then. Lose 50 pounds. i re-joined WW and to my horror was 25 pounds heavier than when i joined then! i have re-joined many times for not for about 5 years. i lost my weight on the "old" program back in the days and the points system has never really worked for me. but alas...i think i have found a solution!
i began tracking on here and spent the first 3 days calculating all my points in the "notes" field. on reflection, i see that although i kept within my points allowance (by incorporating my bonus points) i have consistently gone over on my fitnesspal allowance of 1200 cal per day!
starting tomorrow, i am going to aim to meet my fitnesspal allowances only and see what happens!
